Refund policy

I do not offer a refund however I am happy to offer an exchange or a credit note as an alternative.

If you do decide to return an item then please note that you are liable for postage costs.

Items must be received back in the same condition they were sent and within 14 days.

No exchange or credit notes will be offered on items from Trinket Sale category.

I always endeavour to describe my items in as much detail as possible including measurements and any flaws.

Please note that as many of my items are vintage and preloved there will always be a certain degree of wear and tear and they are not in a 'new' condition.

Please note that returns often have a detrimental effect on small businesses.
